What you'll do
As a software developer at BIT, you are more than a programmer. You are part of a small, close-knit team with which you realize various projects from start to finish. Think of optimizing our internal systems, maintaining our self-service portal for our customers, and working on ECOFED.
You are closely involved in all aspects of a project: from analyzing the wishes of your stakeholders to planning, realizing and supporting. You work together with your colleagues to find the best solutions - in short, you are involved in the entire process, from start to finish.
The developed software is mainly based on PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# and Vue.js. We also use SQL-based database systems, TSDB and LDAP. In addition, you will work with various GNU/Linux systems, Git and Docker in our development process.

What you bring?
We are looking for a passionate software engineer who always strives for the best solutions, can think critically and can cooperate well. We further expect:
- Extensive experience in PHP application development.
- Experience with C#/Java.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript (client-side web development).
- Experience with database systems and API’s/HTTP endpoints.
