This morning around 10.15u there was a failover of roles in our MSSQL-cluster. This caused all databases to go unreachable for a few minutes. Engineers were witnessing this happening and immediately started working on the problem. It appears the server triggered port security on the switch it was connected to. We will try to find why this happened and make sure this will not happen again in the future.
