Disruption VDSL/SDSL.bis

There is a disruption of services at our supplier of VDSL/SDSL.bis internet connections. BIT received multiple notifications of these connections being unreachable.
We've contacted our supplier and will keep this incident up-to-date when new information arrives.

Parts need to be replaced in the equipment of our supplier at a central location. The engineer is on site at the moment.

The parts are replaced. At this moment the engineer is checking the configuration and the ethernet paths.

Several connections are connected again. Feedback from the engineer is missing, so this incident is not yet closed at the supplier.

We contacted the supplier, who contacted the engineer. The problem was resolved around 12:30.
