Malfunction NetApp Cluster

An incident on our NetApp cluster causes problems on a range of services. Root cause and impact is unknown at this moment. Engineers are working on this issue. Follow the incident on our website for updates concerning this incident.

The NetApp cluster has been stable and fully operational since ~17:30h. Engineers are still working on a root cause analysis and will continu to actively monitor the cluster.

The NetApp cluster has been stable and fully operational since yesterday ~17:30h and the performance has been as expected since ~ 22:30h. We strongly expect that the problems have occured because of simultanious actions from BIT and customers. We will migrate our services that we supply via this NetApp cluster to our CEPH cluster during the coming time.
