Router Frankfurt unreachable

At approximately 08.00h in the morning, our router in Frankfurt became unreachable. We're currently not aware of the cause of this, but engineers from BIT are investigating this.
The router becoming unreachable might have caused a short disruption of internet services.

Frankfurt is still unreachable. The fiber provider is investigating a possible service interruption which may be impacting this connection.

The fiber provider has confirmed that there is a outage. The provider send out a team to investigate the problem.

The fiber provider has determined that the outage is due to a fiber damaged by excavation works. The provider is currently on site and is working on repairing the fiber. This will take a substantial amount of time.
