Status:
opgelost
A lot of internet traffic to BIT was lost at 15:10 hrs. This disruption is not caused by a problem in the BIT network and not in our datacenters. Our connections to the nternet exchanges and transit providers are available.
If you have any questions regarding this incident, please contact the Customer Care department by phone on +31 318 648 688 or by email on support@bit.nl.
Update placed at 15.41 uur
The incident is caused by a power failure in an external datacenter. Though BIT does not house any equipment in this datacenter, substantial amounts of Dutch internet traffic are routed through this datacenter. It may take some time untill power has been restored in the datacenter and all equipment in the datacenter is operational.
BIT's network has been uninterrupted. Since this incident is caused outside our network and our partner's networks we will close the incident. However if you have any questions regarding this incident, please contact the Customer Care department by phone on +31 318 648 688 or by email on support@bit.nl
