AMS-IX disruptions

From ~16:50 until 17:10 hrs disruptions on one of our AMS-IX ports occurred. Traffic that passed that port had to be rerouted several times. This might have caused interrupted sessions. AMS-IX had confirmed issues on the location of the port in question. For now we are refusing routes on the port and this measure will prevent further nuisance. Our engineers are monitoring the state of the AMS-IX port and will accept routes there again as soon as the port is reliably available.
