Maintenance UPS sets BIT-2D
25-05-2023 00:00:00
- 25-05-2023 07:00:00
Urgency: Planned
Affected services: Equipment in BIT-2D
Expected impact: Possible loss of power redundancy
Customer intervention required: No
Reference number: 184813
Summary:
On Thursday, May 25th, between 00:00 and 07:00 hrs, our supplier will perform maintenance on our UPS sets BIT-2D. During this maintenance, at least one power feed will remain continuously available.
Details:
For this maintenance, the UPS systems will be put in bypass mode one by one. This is not expected to cause any interruption in the power supply on the feed that is being maintained. However, it is possible that the ATS in your rack (if applicable) may switch to the other feed. If you have received warnings from BIT that your total power consumption is close to the limit, it is advisable to take action before this maintenance.
If during this maintenance the feed of the relevant UPS set is interrupted, which we do not expect, then the other feed will be available as normal. We once again recommend that you check that all your equipment is connected to both feeds.
