Summary:
The software on the datacenter switches is being updated. As a result, the switches need to be restarted, which is expected to cause an interruption of approximately 30 minutes in the functioning of the connections on these switches.
Details:
The software updates are being performed one by one on the six switches. During this process, each switch will be restarted, resulting in temporary unavailability of the connections. We anticipate that this interruption will last approximately 30 minutes.
To verify if your connection is routed through any of these switches, please check if "leaf-sw9.bit-2a", "leaf-sw10.bit-2a", "leaf-sw1.bit-2b," "leaf-sw2.bit-2b," "leaf-sw3.bit-2b," and/or "leaf-sw4.bit-2b" are listed on your invoice or in your network statistics. You can find this information in the BIT Portal.
