- 05-04-2024 00:02:00
Urgency: Planned
Affected services:
- UMTS
- Portal
- Email
- Shared hosting
- Backup
- Internal BIT servers
Expected impact:
- Possible short disruption of the affected services.
Customer intervention required: No
Reference number: 190373
Summary:
On Friday April 5th between 00:00 hrs and 02:00 hrs we will perform maintenance on our firewall cluster. During this maintenance we will apply a software update.
Details:
To perform the update as smooth as possible the backup unit will be updated first, followed by the other unit. During this maintenance, we will switch between the active and backup unit a number of times. This switchover can cause one or more short disruptions of one or a few seconds to all firewalled services.
