Outage customer virtual machines

Due to an outage on one of our hypervisors some customer virtual machines are unavailable. Engineers are currently fixing the problem. We'll update this ticket with more information once it's available.

The hypervisor rebooted for yet unknown reasons. As a precaution engineers are moving all virtual machines that were running on that hypervisor to other hypervisors in the platform.

All virtual machines have been moved to other hypervisors. Virtual machines managed by BIT have been checked if they're operating correctly. Further investigation will be made to identify the cause of the unexected reboot, and if needed actions will be taken.
