The hypervisor rebooted for yet unknown reasons. As a precaution engineers are moving all virtual machines that were running on that hypervisor to other hypervisors in the platform.
Update placed at 24/08/2024, 11:00h
All virtual machines have been moved to other hypervisors. Virtual machines managed by BIT have been checked if they're operating correctly. Further investigation will be made to identify the cause of the unexected reboot, and if needed actions will be taken.
The incident has been resolved. If you have any questions regarding this incident, please contact the Customer Care department by phone on +31 (0)318 648 688 or by email on support@bit.nl.
