Summary:
The switch configuration will be adjusted to better protect connected customers from the impact of large volumes of unusual traffic.
Details:
Following the temporary performance issues on August 28, we have decided to enhance the protection of our switch and connected customers against high volumes of unusual traffic. With this adjustment, the switch will isolate such traffic should it occur, significantly reducing any potential disruption.
The configuration change has been tested in our test environment, where no interruptions were observed.
