Unexpected loadbalancer failover

At 11.42am today we experienced an unexpected failover of our active loadbalancer. Customers may have noticed a small interruption on loadbalanced services hosted by BIT and on their loadbalanced services hosted by BIT. We are currently investigating the possible cause.
UPDATE: The primary loadbalancer has been set active again at 12.55h.
