Disturbance access switch BIT-1

At 23.53h we observed an outage on one of the access switches in BIT-1 : One of the two management modules has failed a self test. As a result this module was disabled and services were taking over by the standby module. During this take-over it was possible that customers connected to this switch experienced a short interruption.
We're currently investigating the cause of the failed module and if needed will replace it

The module has been deemed defective and will be replaced. Engineers are currently planning the replacement.

Management module is placed and switch is fully redundant. A short interruption of a couple of seconds of network traffic was noticed during insertion.
