Loadbalancer disruptions

At this moment we are having an issue on our load balancers that may lead to short disruptions of the services behind these load balancers. Our engineers are trying to find out the cause of this problem.

A very high load on our load balancers has caused some instability. Network rate-limits have been set to address those issues.
