Unexpected failover loadbalancers

At 12:02 pm there was an unexpected failover between our active and our standby loadbalancer. This failover might have led to short disruption of the services behind these load balancers. Our engineers are trying to find the root cause of the failover.

The cause of the failover is still unknown, however the manual switch back has been issued and both load-balancers are now back in full redundancy state.

The cause of the failover was high load on the primary load-balancer. The load-balancers failover state is resolved and are now back in full redundancy state. The incident has been resolved.
