Unexpected failover MSSQL servers

At 16:48 pm there was an unexpected failover between our active and our standby MSSQL servers. This failover might have led to short disruption for MSSQL instances. The cause of the failover is still unknown, however the manual switch back has been issued and both MSSQL servers are now back in full redundancy state.
