Load balancer maintenance

On Wednesday, November 11th between 0.00h and 6.00h we will perform maintenance on our load balancers. During this maintenance load balanced services (VIPs) of customers will be moved to new load balancers. As a result these services will be disrupted for a short period.
In addition a number of BIT services will be moved to these new load balancers. This has the following consequences:
- it will not be possible to manage your virtual machines via the BIT Portal for a short period of time
- all BIT mail services will be unavailable for a short period of time, during which it will not be possible to send or receive mail
